Once you express interest in New Leash of Life dog walking services, Jordan will arrange a complimentary meet-and-greet at your home to discuss your requirements, preferences, your dog’s background, and any behavioral considerations, whether you are looking for 1-1 dog walking, group dog walking, or additional services like dog grooming.
You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions, ensuring you feel confident in our professionalism and qualifications.
After the initial consultation and completion of the online new client paperwork, Jordan will schedule a one-hour assessment walk (charged at the individual walk rate) where you can choose between 1-1 dog walking or a session with her dog, Gypsy. This service includes collection and transport, a full one-hour walk, and drop-off at your home.
For group dog walking, dogs will only be allowed off-lead once sufficient engagement has been demonstrated and reliable recall established using a long line, and only with your prior consent.
After a successful consultation and introductory walk, we can arrange regular bookings for 1-1 dog walking or on an ad hoc basis as needed. Please note that acceptance into group dog walking is not guaranteed. We will only proceed when we are confident that we can provide a safe, positive environment for your dog and others during these sessions, which can also include dog grooming if required.
