Once you express interest in New Leash of Life walking services, Jordan will arrange a complimentary meet-and-greet at your home to discuss your requirements, preferences, your dog’s background, and any behavioural considerations.
You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions, ensuring you feel confident in our professionalism and qualifications.
Following the initial consultation and completion of the online new client paperwork, Jordan will arrange a one-hour assessment walk (charged at the individual walk rate), either one-to-one or with her dog, Gypsy. This includes collection, transport, a full one-hour walk, and drop-off at your home.
Dogs will only be allowed off-lead once sufficient engagement has been demonstrated and reliable recall established using a long line, and only with your prior consent.
Following a successful consultation and introductory walk, bookings can be arranged on a regular or ad hoc basis.
Please note that acceptance into group walks is not guaranteed. We will only proceed where we are confident we can provide a safe, positive environment for your dog and others.
