Yes. I will collect and return your dog from your house. The time taken to collect/drop off dog(s) is in addition to the one hour walking session.
The crates have clean towels for your dog to lay on, with additional airflow from the electric vent which assists with drying your dog. I carry a 'Mud Daddy' to enable showering off with luke warm water and store towels in the van so can ensure we give your dog a good rub down before dropping them back, however cannot guarantee that they won’t still be a little wet/muddy!
All clients will receive an invoice towards the end of the month via email, detailing outstanding services for payment and any applicable discounts. All payments due should be made by the 1st of the following month.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a sitting booking. If the booking is cancelled with at least 7 days notice then the deposit will be refunded in full. If less than 7 days notice is given then the deposit will not be refunded however your booking can be rearranged.
The remaining 50% will be due for payment by the 1st of the following month of the sit.

As a single parent, I am only able to take on sits where it is appropriate and she is welcomed to come along - this is why a meet & greet is so important. Scarlett was around Resident Roxy the husky her entire life and has been taught by myself how to approach dogs, to let them come to her if they would like attention, and to not disturb them when they are relaxing or eating.
I take full responsibility for her whilst she is present and ensure that she is never left unsupervised with any animals.
I am only able to offer short sits of 1/2 nights if it is not appropriate for Scarlett to come along.
I have a 73 plate, medium wheel base, Vauxhall Vivaro.
It is kitted out with 1 XL, 2 L & 2 M crates, with an additional free space for any pups that aren't happy with travelling confined to a crate. It also has an electric vent and ceiling light that stay on, to ensure that the doggies are always comfortable.
The vehicle is leased from Vanarama - this gives the security of breakdown cover, all servicing and MOTs, a replacement vehicle as required and other routine maintenance such as new tyres and brake pads. No interruption to services due to vehicle issues!
I have business insurance with Protectivity which provides the following cover:
- £1m public liability
- £100k care, custody and control of animals should an animal get injured, lost or killed
- £100k non negligent cover
- £10k loss of keys
- £1k loss of money
- 1£k travel expenses reimbursement
- £500
- Cover for others (close family)
